Tuesday, November 29, 2011 Emerging Evangelicals

I’ve just ordered James Bielo’s Emerging Evangelicals: Faith, Modernity, and the Desire for Authenticity (New York University Press, 2011). I’ve read his article, “The Emerging Church in America: Notes on the Interaction of Christianities,” Religion vol.39, no.3 (2009), pp.219-232, which had some really interesting stuff on the anthropology of Christianity. So I’m really looking forward to getting Emerging Evangelicals in the post soon.
